When a product or service makes our winners list, you’ll know that it has undergone rigorous assessment and analysis.

Every product or service we identify for inclusion in the awards is evaluated against the exact same criteria, regardless of our commercial relationships. There are no smoke and mirror assessments. Our goal is simply to help you find the best available options in Australia for that particular category.

Only the best few products in each category make the judges cut, so whenever you see our awards badge displayed, you can be confident in it being one of the top contenders in their field.

How is a winner determined?
The Mozo Expert Choice Award winners are hand-picked in a meticulous evaluation process by our expert judges. With every category we publish a methodology report which outlines the criteria for each and every award along with the full list of providers evaluated.
Do providers apply or pay a fee to be considered?
No. Providers do not have to apply or pay to be considered, nor do they need an existing commercial relationship with Mozo. They win because they have an outstanding product, it’s as simple as that.
What is the judging criteria?
Our judging criteria varies for each category, but every product is evaluated using the same criteria so you can be confident that we’ve assessed each product equally. We outline the criteria of each awards category in the methodology report, which is published along with the winners.
Do you compare all the products in the market for the awards?
We certainly aim to include as many providers in the market in the Mozo Experts Choice Awards as we can. However, there will be instances where not every product in the market will be included in our review.
