The Reserve Bank Australia has held the cash rate at 4.35%.

Many economists expect rate cuts in the latter half of the year, so it remains to be seen whether providers will hold steady until then or begin cutting early. We'll also keep an eye out in case any savings and term deposit rates change during this part of the cycle.
