CBHS Corporate is part of CBHS Health, which has been operating in the health insurance market for 70 years. Policyholders can utilise the Choice Network, which grants access to 7,000 dental and optical services nationwide that could reduce or remove the gap for extra services.

AAMI is an Australian insurance company that was founded in 1974 and has been popular with the Australian community since its famous jingle “Lucky you’re with AAMI”.

This year, AAMi resonated with Aussies, taking out two prestigious awards for Outstanding Customer Satisfaction for both Hospital Cover and Extras Cover.

How did you determine the winners for each Health Insurance Award?
2,507 Australians were surveyed in the Private Health Insurance category. In each category, all providers who received at least 30 responses were eligible. The judges then ranked providers in order by average rating, and then determined an appropriate cut-off point to separate winners from the rest.
