Ladies and gentlemen, it’s time for the biggest night in show biz: The Grammys.

That's right, folks. The 65th Annual Grammy Awards will take place on Sunday the 5th of Feb 2023 (Monday the 6th of Feb 2023 at 12pm for us Aussies).

There’s really nothing like all the red-carpet glitz and glam that the Grammys bring. So if you’re itching to watch and see who won what (or who wore what!), here’s what you need to know:

When are the 2023 Grammys?

The 2023 Grammy Awards will officially take place this Sunday, the 5th of February 2023, at 8pm EST in Los Angeles, USA.

But if you’re in Australia, that’ll be Monday, the 6th of February, at 12pm AEDT.

How can I watch the Grammys in Australia?

This year Channel 9 is televising the 2023 Grammy Awards in Australia. Last year’s Grammy Awards were aired in Australia by Channel 7.

Where are the 2023 Grammys being held?

This year’s Grammy Awards ceremony will be held at Crypto.com Arena (formerly the Staples Center) in Los Angeles, USA. This is the first time the Grammys are returning to its original home in LA after relocating to Las Vegas last year due to COVID.

For the third year in a row, Trevor Noah will be hosting the 2023 Grammy Awards.

Who's presenting at the 2023 Grammys?

This year, surprisingly, Jill Biden (A.K.A. US first lady) will be presenting at the Grammys. Other presenters include Cardi B, Olivia Rodrigo, Dwayne Johnson, Viola Davis, Billy Crystal, James Corden and Shania Twain.

Who's performing at the 2023 Grammys?

Word on the street is that Harry Styles, Bad Bunny, Mary J. Blige, Luke Combs, Steve Lacy, Lizzo and Sam Smith with Kim Petras will all take the stage at the Grammys this year. 

Variety also reported that DJ Khaled is set to perform, potentially teaming up with Jay-Z.

Rumour has it that there’ll be a number of tributes at this year’s award show:

  • Kacey Musgraves is said to be honouring the late Loretta Lynn with Coal Miner's Daughter.
  • Sheryl Crow, Mick Fleetwood and Bonnie Raitt are said to be performing Songbird in memory of Christine McVie.
  • Maverick City Music and Quavo will apparently perform Without You in memory of the late Migos rapper Takeoff.
  • Questlove has curated a tribute to celebrate fifty years of hip-hop
