2020 Mozo People’s Choice Award-winners announced
It’s that time of year again folks! Last year we celebrated a decade of Mozo People’s Choice Awards, and now we’re back and better than ever, ready to pull the curtain on this year’s winners.
Every year, thousands of Aussies have their say on which service providers they think are worthy of a Mozo People’s Choice Award - from banking, insurance and electricity providers to mobile phone plans, supermarkets, Buy Now Pay Later services and everything in between.
“Whether you’re looking to switch car insurance providers or you’re after a new mobile phone plan, word of mouth recommendations are an invaluable piece of information to factor into your decision,” said Mozo banking expert Peter Marshall.
“So don’t just take it from us, take it from the thousands of Australians who voted in this year’s Mozo People’s Choice Awards. The proof is in the pudding.”

Finding the winners:
To find this year’s winners, Mozo conducted an IPSOS survey of 3,690 individuals in March 2020, which asked the survey respondents a series of different questions about their satisfaction and overall experiences in a range of areas.
Within each area, participants in the survey were required to nominate the companies they use and rank them out of 10 across factors such as overall customer satisfaction, service and how likely they’d be to recommend them to others.
On top of this, individuals rated each company on several other factors, including, product range, delivery service, friendliness and trust.
After the customer votes were all collected, we were left with the winners of this year’s Mozo People’s Choice Awards in the following categories:
- Banking
- Home insurance
- Car Insurance
- Superannuation
- Electricity
- Mobile Plans
- NBN
- Buy Now Pay Later
- Supermarket
- Online supermarket
- Online wine & alcohol
- Online pet supplies
