2020 Mozo People’s Choice Awards: Australia’s favourite online pet suppliers

“With an office full of animal-lovers at Mozo, we understand the importance of providing for our pets and so we knew that many Australians would appreciate this awards category,” said Mozo’s Research Manager Peter Marshall.
“This year, after putting 24 different online pet supplies providers to the test we received a total of 771 responses from survey respondents. In the end, there were three clear winners.”
Outstanding Customer Satisfaction:
To determine the winners of the Mozo People’s Choice Award for Outstanding Customer Satisfaction, we asked Aussies to assess their overall satisfaction of their experience with each contender. This year, the award went to none other than Budgetpetproducts.com.au and Petstock.com.au.
Range of Products:
“Variety is the spice of life, so if you’re after an online pet store that offers plenty of options, then a Mozo People’s Choice Range of Products Award-winner is a great place to start,” said Marshall.
Of the 24 different online pet stores that went in the running for the Range of Products award this year, budgetpetproducts.com.au, petcircle.com.au and petstock.com.au walked away with the prize.
Online Shopping Experience:
It’s 2020 folks, if your website’s not up to scratch then you’ve really got some catching up to do. For a slick site that makes shopping for your pooch a walk in the park (pun intended), check out this year’s Online Shopping Experience award-winners: budgetpetproducts.com.au, petcircle.com.au and petstock.com.au.
To win this award, these three online pet stores were voted in by Australia as offering a website or app that makes searching, comparing, saving favourites and checking out super straightforward.
Delivery Service:
Providing an excellent delivery service is just as important as having a top-notch website. To pick the winners of the Delivery Service Award we asked the people to tell us which store they felt most confident in placing an order with.
The two online pet stores to come out on top were budgetpetproducts.com.au and Petcircle.com.au. Our survey respondents told us that when ordering from these services, they feel confident that it will be convenient, arrive on time and that they'll receive everything they ordered.
Most Recommended:
When it comes to choosing a service, nothing beats getting a raw and honest opinion straight from the horse’s mouth.
“A personal recommendation is incredibly valuable and hard to come by - definitely something worth celebrating if you ask us!” Marshall said.
