2020 Mozo Experts Choice Home Loan Award-winners announced

Picking the winners:
Our Mozo expert judging panel underwent a thorough assessment process to find the winners of the 2020 Mozo Experts Choice Home Loan Awards.
After analysing a total of 436 home loan products from 86 different lenders our Mozo experts finally chose the winners based on those offering great value or market-leading features across a whopping 13 different awards categories.

Online lenders lead the way:
As the online lending sphere continues to grow in popularity, this year we’ve seen more and more online lenders come out on top in the Mozo Experts Choice Home Loan Awards. In fact, this year, both ‘Lender of the Year’ awards went to online lenders.
Online Home Lender of the Year: Tic:Toc
Taking out an astonishing 7 wins in this year’s Mozo Experts Choice Awards for Home Loans, Tic:Toc has officially been crowned Online Home Lender of the Year for the second year in a row.
Tic:Toc’s Variable Home Loan took out an award in the Low Cost Home Loan, Offset Home Loan, First Home Buyer Loan and Investor Home Loan categories. The online lender’s Fixed Home Loan won awards in the Fixed Rate Home Loan and Investor Fixed Home Loan categories.
Home Lender Bank of the Year: UBank
The second online lender to come out of the 2020 Mozo Experts Choice Home Loan Awards with a prestigious title was none other than UBank who was crowned Home Loan Lender of the Year, racking up a whopping 5 Mozo Experts Choice Awards.
Online lender UBank’s UHomeLoan Fixed scored a Mozo Experts Choice Award in the Fixed Rate Home Loan and Investor Fixed Home Loan categories.
UBank’s UHomeLoan Discount Offer took out an award in the Low Cost Home Loan category and its UHomeLoan Discount Offer / UHomeLoan Fixed loan won an award in the Split Home Loan category.
“This year we saw two out of two Lender of the Year awards go to online lenders, an exciting indication of what we can expect for the future of lending,” said Marshall.
Standout winners:
On top of this, there were a few other standouts lenders who really caught the judges eyes and took out multiple wins in this year’s Mozo Experts Choice Home Loan Awards.
Athena, Homestar and Qudos Bank came out with 4 Mozo Experts Choice Awards, FreedomLend, UBank and Well Home Loans came out with 5, while Citi and Tic:Toc walked away with 7 awards.
Reduce Home Loans really stole the show, however, taking home which came out with a whopping 8 Mozo Experts Choice Home Loan Awards!
“Being one of our biggest categories, the competition in this year’s Mozo Experts Choice Home Loan Awards was fierce as always, with many lenders walking away with multiple wins,” Marshall said.
