4,208 Australians Have Cast Their Votes: Which Banks Are The Nation’s Favourites?

Today, leading financial comparison site Mozo.com.au is thrilled to announce the winners of the 15th annual Mozo People’s Choice Awards for Banking and Finance 2024.

Thousands of Australians cast their votes for their favourite banks, super funds, share trading platforms and international money transfer providers, rating their financial institutions on overall satisfaction, price, features, customer service, convenience and trust.

4,208 participants rated their providers on various factors, including overall customer satisfaction, service quality, and likelihood of recommendation, and Mozo experts meticulously reviewed their responses to determine the top 10% of brands that stood out as exceptional. 

Among the standout performers were Bendigo Bank, Greater Bank, ING, and Newcastle Permanent, who were recognised for outstanding customer satisfaction and trustworthiness. The Commonwealth Bank was also recognised by its customers across multiple banking categories for consumers and investors. 

Cbus Super emerged as a dominant force in the superannuation sector, winning accolades for its outstanding customer satisfaction, investment choices, and insurance cover, while also being highly trusted and recommended by participants. 

In share trading, CommSec and HSBC shone for their exceptional customer satisfaction, while HSBC garnered further recognition for its value for money and being the most recommended platform. 

Revolut and Wise demonstrated excellence in international money transfers, taking multiple wins across customer satisfaction, excellent service, and most recommended categories.
