Aussies name their favourite household brands: Mozo Peoples Choice Awards for household appliance brands

Thousands of people have voted for their favourite household brand in the annual Mozo People's Choice Awards. From televisions to fridges and coffee machines, a range of appliance brands were evaluated. 

 “Australians are proud of the brands they choose to bring into their homes. We asked thousands of people to vote for their favourite household brands to determine the Mozo People’s Choice Awards,” says Peter Marshall, Mozo Awards Judge.

Below are the brands that have won Mozo People's Choice Awards for Outstanding Customer Satisfaction in 2022. 

Televisions 

From streaming movies to watching the latest news, televisions are the main attraction in most living rooms across Australia. Samsung and Sony have won the award for most Outstanding Customer Satisfaction in this year's Mozo People’s Choice Awards. Showcasing that they go above and beyond customer expectations and beat 39 other brands for the top spot. 

Fridges

Fridges play an essential role in our everyday lives and are the unsung hero of any great meal. Hisense, LG and Westinghouse have been awarded for their Outstanding Customer Satisfaction. They were voted the best by customers when compared to 29 other fridge brands. 

Coffee Machines

As a nation of coffee lovers, it’s no surprise that we are a vocal bunch when it comes to naming our favourite coffee machines. Breville, DeLonghi and Nespresso are Australia’s favourite coffee machine brands for providing Outstand Customer Satisfaction.

Vacuum Cleaners

Vacuum cleaners are an essential item is everyhome, helping to quickly remove surface dust and dirt. Australians voted for Dyson, Miele and Shark as their favourite brand when asked which vacuum cleaner delivers the most outstanding customer satisfaction.

The Mozo People’s Choice Awards are announced annually to recognise companies with the highest customer satisfaction levels, best service, and a range of other qualities. The award winners are determined solely by the votes of customers.
