Outstanding online brands named: People's Choice Awards for top online retailers

The Mozo People’s Choice Awards for 2022 have been announced showcasing the top online retailers. Thousands of Australians have cast their votes for their favourite online supermarket, pet supplier, home appliance and electronics retailers.

 “Online retailers have never been more important than they have been over the past few years. This year over 90 online retailers were evaluated in our annual Mozo People’s Choice Awards. Mozo invites everyday Aussies to vote for their favourite brands, making these awards a true reflection of outstanding customer experience,” says Peter Marshall, Mozo Awards Judge.

Below are the brands that have won Mozo People's Choice Awards for Outstanding Customer Satisfaction in 2022. 

Online Supermarket

 Woolworths was awarded the best online supermarket for going above and beyond customer expectations, earning the highest rating out of six online supermarkets.

Online Home Appliance Retailers

Over 1300 people voted for their favourite online appliance retailer in this year’s Mozo People's Choice Awards. Appliances Online took out the award for the most outstanding customer experience, beating 32 other online retailers to take out the top spot. 

Online Electronic Retailers

With thousands of home offices set up across the country, online electronic retailers have been popular in recent times. Ebay, JB Hi-Fi and Officeworks were voted the best online electronic retailers in the Mozo People’s Choice Awards. 

Online Pet Suppliers 

Two pet suppliers took out top honours as the best online pet supplier for Outstanding Customer Satisfaction; Budget Pet Products and Vet Supply. They were compared against 27 other pet suppliers. 

The Mozo People’s Choice Awards are announced annually to recognise companies with the highest customer satisfaction levels, best service, and a range of other qualities.
