  BOQ changed their credit card setup. They decided to give long standing Loyal customers a discount. However, my wife had been with BOQ for 20+ years since she was a kid, and this apparently didn't count towards longevity as they would not extend...       Full review

  The Debit Card allows us to seem to be using Visa when we are really using our own account and money. With visa we were paying $55 per year for the service which we always kept in credit and with Debit we pay $2 per month without any worry of defa...       Full review 

  The Debit Card allows us to seem to be using Visa when we are really using our own account and money. With visa we were paying $55 per year for the service which we always kept in credit and with Debit we pay $2 per month without any worry of defaulting.   I dislike the B0Q because they advertise as having 'local branch managers' but they rarely do anything without approval from head office. A recent loan took 2 weeks to approve, when other leading banks can do it within 24 hrs.       Full review

  This company says they are for the customer with all their advertising but when it comes to actual, they will take fees first then bounce a direct debit because it is now $1 insufficient funds. Great work from a so called Owner operated Company.       Full review
