Alinta Energy voted top 3 most recommended energy retailers in 2019 Mozo People's Choice Awards
An energy retailer should be three things: honest, helpful and maybe most of all, come highly recommended.
And according to the 2019 Mozo People’s Choice Awards, Alinta Energy ticks all three boxes for its customers.
The electricity and gas retailer has just received three Mozo People’s Choice Awards in the Highly Recommended, Highly Trusted and Excellent Customer Service categories, which according to Mozo Data Services Director, AJ Duncanson was no easy task.
“For this year’s Mozo People’s Choice Awards, we received over 3,000 responses among 32 electricity retailers, and for Alinta Energy to take home three awards across five categories, it goes to show they’re a retailer Australians believe are worth considering,” he said.

How Aussies pick their favourite providers
To select the winners for the Mozo People’s Choice Awards, Mozo commissioned a survey by IPSOS, which asked 3,690 Aussies to rank their energy provider on a scale of 1 to 10 on a number of factors, which included customer satisfaction, clarity of power bills and trust. Our team then collated the results to find the winning energy providers.
Respondents were also asked the do the same to the banking, home and car insurance providers they use, as well as a range of everyday household providers, such as supermarkets and online food delivery services.
