Entries and winning

1. Entry into the Mozo Facebook Review Competition 2018 is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. All entries must be received by 11:59pm EST on 16 December 2018. Any entries received after this closing date and time will not be accepted. Mozo reserves the right to change the closing date at any time.

3. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian citizen or resident.

4. Mozo employees and/or affiliates are not eligible to enter.

5. Entries must be from a genuine facebook user account. Only one entry per person can be accepted.

6. This is a game of skill. A panel of experts from Mozo will select the winning reviews. No correspondence will be entered into with unsuccessful entrants.

7. All entrants a. grant Mozo a perpetual license to copy, edit, display, publish and make available their entry; b. agree that Mozo may publish their name in connection with Mozo’s use of the review; and c. warrant that the review is their own opinion, that it is not defamatory and that it does not infringe any third party rights including, without limitation, privacy.

8. Mozo reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control.

9. Mozo reserves the right at any time to change these terms and conditions.

10. This competition and any entries or information pertaining to it is subject to the Mozo Privacy Policy.

11. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).

The Winner

1. The winners will be announced on the Mozo facebook page on 17 December 2018.

2. The prize winners will be contacted via facebook within seven (7) days of winners being announced.

3. If the prize winners do not respond to claim the prize within twenty one (21) days of notification, they will forfeit their prize.

4. Monetary prizes will be awarded in the form of a $100 Myer/Coles gift card. The use of this card is subject to the terms and conditions of the card provider, including expiry dates.

5. Prizes will be sent to the winner's nominated address via registered post. Mozo takes no responsibility for lost, late or undelivered prizes. Mozo takes no responsibility for any changes in dates or times, cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
