There has been an increasing number of issues with the service from BOQ specialist. The app is slow and quite buggy. Online secure messages take a very long time to be answered. Bank statements have been missing / unavailable online. And the bank has been randomly charging interest instead of paying it on my savings account. Overall I am not impressed and will look at taking my business elsewhere

Very good customer communication and accessibility. Not competitive with interest rates for savings accounts.
