According to Turner, the MOVE Bank Low Rate Credit Card was designed with a customer-focused approach, where the card’s features were a direct result of customer feedback. 

“We received lots of member feedback asking for a credit card, so before we designed it we reached out to our members to see what was important to them. It was clear what our members wanted: a competitive rate, an interest-free period and a card that was easy-to-use,” she said.
