Avoid, not worth it
Very poor claims handling process, very poor customer service. Poor communication. Don't actually do repairs, just underwrote and force cash payouts on customers. Used to be an insurance club for members in Victoria, now only interested in taking premium payments and denying claims and run by AIG/IMA based in Qld.
