Would change banks if I could, need the visa card

The personal at Citibank were not very interested in me due to me being on a disability pension after a work problem. Even though I told them I was keen to return to work as I could not survive on the pension they were not interested at all in helping me in any way. The other factor was the person on the phone did not speak English very well (Indian language) and was hard to understand. Basically the end result was "speak to us when you have a job" Sure people who find themselves in this situation or even pensioners are entitled to try and improve their financial situation. This is a type of discrimination. Even going to a lower interest credit card was not posible due to being on disability pension so I could save some money. The card I currently use has a percentage rate of 21% for cash advance and I think 18.9% interest daily. Also they charge $10 per day for each day you have gone past the payment date.

They are only a phone call away and can fix most things over the phone. Replacement cards arrive very quickly and all is very DIY which I like. They are never first to put interest rates up.
