Allianz has inconsistent customer service, some people are lovely whilst others are rude and condescending when faced with questions. Our water damage claim was sub-contracted out quickly, the issue was that the company was very hard to reach with long delays, and Allianz refused to help with the situation. Allianz seemed unsure of our policy, and couldn't give me straight answers.
In comparison to other car insurance companies, they are easy to communicate with and are transparent in their communications. I feel like I could not get a better deal without compromising on value/service.
Allianz were very helpful when I asked the questions surrounding the coverage of the travel insurance I purchased last year. Helpful and good coverage at a decent price.
