Mozo snapshot:

The Bank First Visa Platinum is a fantastic low-cost, high value credit card and 2017 Mozo Experts Choice Award recipient - Best Low Rate Platinum Credit Card. The 9.99% purchase rate is one of the lowest around, low $99 annual fee and it comes with jetsetting benefits like free travel insurance and concierge and a low 2.50% foreign exchange fee.

Key features:

Bank First's Visa Platinum credit card is almost the definition of value for money. For an annual fee of just $99, customers get a low 9.99% interest rate.

For jetsetting customers, the Visa Platinum has added benefits. Customers have access to the 24/7 Visa concierge service, complimentary travel insurance, and they can use the card at over 24 million locations worldwide. Even better, cardholders automatically become members of the Visa Entertainment program, which offers exclusive discounts on theatre, music and movie tickets.

The only obvious downside to the Bank First's Visa Platinum credit card is the 5% minimum repayment amount, which is higher than the market average. This isn't a card you want to rack up a massive debt on.

Who it's good for:

The Bank First Visa Platinum credit card is great for anyone who is looking for a high value, low interest credit card.

Any catches?

Be sure you automate your payments as there is a $20 late payment fee.
