Insured my car with Everyday Insurance as they offered great premiums with the same coverage and excess as more well known insurers. There is an added bonus of 10% off my Woolworths shopping each month which helps financially with the high cost of living. Easy to sign up and online customer live chat is effective. They also sms when stormy weather is in or near my address to remind me to have myself and vehicle somewhere safe, a reassurance when you are elderly.
We made a claim, they authorised work, and then the work mysteriously stopped halfway. All contact ceased, but premiums are still being deducted. We were told we declined further works, we did not. We were told we got paid out for the remainder of the claim, we were not and there is no proof of payout. Ongoing drama...
