For more flexible, feature-rich home loans, one of Unity Bank's variable rate offers may be the match for you. Owner occupiers and investors will be able to choose between the All in One Home Loan or the First Rate Home Loan - both of which are available with a minimum deposit of 5%. With features like unlimited free extra repayments, access to a redraw facility (minimum applies), the opportunity to take a repayment holiday and an offset account, the All in One loan is likely to suit borrowers who can make use of a full feature home loan, whereas the First Rate Home Loan could be a better pick for those looking for a mixture of features and a lower interest rate. Both offers also come with a few one-off fees, though you can find out more about those and all the details of each loan by checking out the linked reviews in the table below.

It would be more convenient if their only branch in Melbourne was open for longer hours and/or on Saturday mornings for people who work 9-5. Customer service is great, and the fees/interest rates are hard to beat.
