Hard to access due to removal of teller services at local branch. Have to make appointments to speak to someone. Need at least another atm as there is always a queue. Keep pushing computer banking don't want personal contact with customers.
I’ve always been with ANZ and they suit my needs and what I’m looking for in a bank perfectly. The only problem is that they are usually doing maintenance on their internet banking every Saturday night which was becoming an inconvenience as I needed access to my accounts if I was going out.
