Australia’s best pet insurance

There’s no doubt that those of us who own a furry friend love them like part of the family, but unfortunately love isn’t always enough when it comes to caring for our pets. Putting aside the costs for food and grooming, pet owners should also consider getting pet insurance for their four-legged friends.

The cost of treatments or even surgery can set you back several thousands of dollars, and unlike our own healthcare system, we unfortunately have to foot the bill to make sure our pets get the treatment they need, should the unexpected occur. Pet insurance is designed to reimburse the eligible costs we have to pay upfront to cover vet treatments for accidents and illnesses.

Luckily, our Experts have done the nitty gritty task of comparing pet insurance policies as part of the Mozo Experts Choice Awards^. Of the 32 providers compared side by side, awards were presented to a select number whose policies stood out above the rest for exceptional quality or value for money.

So, if you’re looking for insurance for your pet, here are some of Australia’s best, along with our Editors Picks…
