I've been with ANZ for over 20 years and they have always been very easy to deal with. Never had any issues. A couple of years ago I had my wallet stolen and someone used my credit card. Within minutes I received a message from ANZ fraud department and I was able to cancel my cards immediately. After investigation they promptly reimbursed me.
The customer service is great. However there are limited branches where I am locally. I have to drive for some time to get to one .
Really appreciate the quick response in blocking and ordering a new card when I called in to report suspected scam transactions, received my new card with a week and amz credited my account with funds lost
The banking system is prominent to those who are willing to study learn the inner workings of its structure then most importantly, execute. Banks are just businesses like any other and should be treated as such.
Eh, it's an okay bank all in all. Don't particularly like it but don't hate it either.

Branch service is very slow. I went to the branch re a scam on my online banking and the customer service told me to press accept, this caused my account to be scammed
We love ANZ and they have been so helpful! They are always there to help via phone, chat or in person. They are user freindly and the app is easy to use and track your money.
I don’t like the idea of making an appointment to speak to someone regarding investing money
Banking with ANZ has been very easy for me. I met with a bank manager years ago and set up 3 separate accounts, a savings, spendings and online saver. I was directed how to use each of these to ensure the best interest rates. I have, over the years, incurred extra $ because I know how to use my accounts. Online banking is easy to use with all information at the ready. Customer service has been exceptional. Especially one time my money started disappearing after someone had hacked my account. Funds were returned quicklly. Very positive experience with ANZ.
