Phone queues are horrible and their app is getting better but you can’t do much on it except look at your account and transfer money.
I like this bank because ANZ is a very trustworthy bank. There is no hidden information and it is very easy to manage.
Great customer service. Serves their customers with excellence. Treats every one with respect and looks after each individual's needs. Solves inquiries in a timely manner.
ANZ banking is user friendly and the ability to set saving goals within your saving account is a nice feature. Cons: they charge a $5.00 account servicing fee if you don't deposit $2,000 within a month, for an everyday low income person it would be nice to see this changed to $1,000 which is more realistic to achieve.
I love ANZ and have always banked with them because of one simple thing: customer service. Money always follows customer satisfaction not popularity. ANZ are always perfectly organised and well managed no matter where you go and even through a pandemic it worked as though nothing was happening. The fees are fair and easily explained even my non English speaking parents understood. I guess the only con I can think of is that people are still banking with anyone else!
