P&N Bank is open for business 6 days a week. When you ring them with a query, the longest I have had to wait to speak with a Customer Representative that speaks and understands English extremely well, would be 2 minutes and that is in a period of over 40 years. They are always so caring and concerned about any issues that I have. They rate a 11 out of 10.
Been with P&N bank for long time always happy with service and products
no fees or chargers good customer service would prefer more branches but otherwise very happy with them
I have been with P&N Bank for several years now and do not have any complaints about the service they provide. Although because i live rurally makes it difficult if i need to visit the bank for some reason as it is approximately 45klms distance from where i live.
