Formerly Police & Nurses Credit Society, P&N has served the local Western Australian community for over 30 years, and provides a range of quality banking and financial services including credit cards, bank and savings accounts, term deposits, home and personals loans, and insurance products. Its a no from me

I have been with Police and Nurses for over 20 years with many accounts, (business and savings, term deposits and loans). All good until recently where I have experienced a lack of integrity and poor customer service in relation to not keeping to their word and passing the buck (blaming the customer).

The customer service is excellent and personable, you really feel like you are being looked after. The app is way better than the ANZ app too! Profits go back to looking after members

some branches are better than others

We have been with PnN through savings advice,home loan and general advice. They have given us very good service for the above accounts and insurance (home and travel) If they dont know the answer to a question they will get someone who does know.Very friendly also
