I chose this bank after looking at most interest rates for home loans. They seemed to have the best rates. I went to the Rockingham branch and was lucky with amazing customer service. I was nervous to start due to all the paperwork I would do, but my home loan specialist was patient and was able to go through step by step with me. I also like how my account comes with an offset account, which I expected to have a higher interest rate for. Overall, a great experience

I have been a member of P&N Bank for over twenty years (20) years and in that time I have had reasons to be concerned about my finances, especially in 2016 when wildfires ravaged my hometown. Having lost everything like hundreds of other residents, we started to receive monetary donations from different organizations. P&N Bank sent me a message asking if I could attend the branch in person which I did and to my amazement I was given a gift card to the value of $500.00 to purchase necessary goods required. when I advised friends that P&N Bank gave me a gift card, their responses were "Well, my bank didn't give me anything". P&N Bank assisted me above and beyond the call of duty when I applied for a home loan which I was successful in obtaining. It's the little thigs they do that makes banking with P&N Bank such a pleasure.

Please do not borrow from this bank. We were with them for 30 years but as soon as we retired and were not earning they treated us like dirt.
