Commonwealth Bank Smart Access
Overall 1/10
I never recommend to anyone.

5 times in one day and 5 more times the next day, my money was deducted from my account and when I went to the bank, I did not receive a convincing and logical answer. After almost 9 years, I closed my account with bad memories. They behaved very rudely, ugly, insulted and did not admit their mistake and humiliated me. I hope others do not have my experience in the future.

Coastline Credit Union Bank Account
Overall 10/10
Thank you. Wendy and coastline credit union

Coastline credit union are super helpful in their stuff I deal mistly with the west Kempsey branch as it's closer to me and where I opened my account. All the staff are helpful and efficient and friendly. Very business like. Wendy there has been extra helpful and so I usually ask to talk with her if I need extra help with something relating to my account.
