Whether you prefer more traditional ways of banking or digital banking; finding the right organisation for everyday banking, acquiring a loan or taking out a credit card, is imperative if you want to get more bang for your buck.“
Banks come in all shapes and sizes, each with their own set of products and services that appeal to the varying needs of Australians nationwide,” said Peter Marshall, Mozo People’s Choice Awards adjudicator.
“In this year’s awards, we surveyed over 6,900 Australians about their banks and how well they were living up to their expectations as customers. And of the 81 banks that were considered for these awards, these are the People’s Choice for 2024.”
ING changed the way Australians bank 20 years ago by launching the country's first high interest, fee-free online savings account. As one of Australia’s largest banks, ING has more than 2 million Australian customers.
Headquartered in Sydney with a 24/7 local contact centre, ING offers retail banking products including; superannuation, home loans, savings accounts, bank accounts and much more.
This is the eleventh year ING has taken out multiple titles in the Mozo People’s Choice Awards, so it’s little wonder they are a much-loved banking favourite of Australians this year too. To find out more of what ING has to offer, see below.
