NPBS provides old fashioned customer service and products without all the bells and whistles. They are one of the few financial institutions with low/no fees on most of their products and they give back to the community by donating to charities.

I like to support a local business and assist in the growth of services. ATM is not always easy to access. Some fees are more than others. Customer service is not as easily accessible as big banks. Some features available online not available.
