I like to support a local business and assist in the growth of services. ATM is not always easy to access. Some fees are more than others. Customer service is not as easily accessible as big banks. Some features available online not available.
It’s easy to use the only problem it the closest bank for Newcastle Permanent is 2 hours away they need more banks but it’s still rlly good great interest rates on saving

The prices are very compatible to other banks, my everyday account suite me as I'm only on a pension and I find it suites me better. Just like any other banks there are good pros and cons it depends on what account you would like . I've never had a problem with Newcastle Permanent and I would recommend to anyone.
