The best bank and there support if or when things go bad with our payments from our jobs , employees and whom we have a payee of any income. They don't chuck you in the deep end but support every step of the way and notice and help sort before things may go or before going bad or (south). I are going through way to much and don't need hiccups or problems so they have that settled and covered.

I like CBA because they have 24/7 customer service. If you are overseas you can call for assistance. I also like that their customer service is based in Australia. I don’t like that I receive a notification to my cba app every time I purchase something online. The little red notification icon annoys me. I’d prefer to receive a text message with a code that I can easily delete. I also don’t like that you can’t have two Netbank numbers so you can separate personal and work. I work for a company that banks with cba and I have to have all my work related things on my personal log on.

Home loan specialist listened to our needs and worked extremely hard to get us approved for our home loan under the extremely difficult circumstances. Would recommend commonwealth bank to anyone in port Macquarie if they are looking to get a home loan.

A few years ago, following my sons termination diagnosis, commbank contacted me regarding an outstanding payment. The customer service rep I spoke with was not only empathetic but she advised me of their ‘compassionate care program’ and referred me for it immediately. Commonwealth bank covered 12 months of mortgage repayments with little hassle or run around required on my end. It was an incredible help during an extremely difficult time, and allowed me to take time off while grieving without the added financial stress.
