I really like banking with comments bank because they listen and understand my situation better than any other bank I have been with
I have nothing bad to say at present, recently my account got scammed & Commonwealth worked so fast to retrieve my money.
I like this bank because it is efficient and easy to navigate through. Pros- efficient, easy, good savings program, good rewards program, easy to transfer and/or pay people money. Cons- None :)
Excellent service
Lots of locations, easy to use online banking.
Main things i like is the digital services. The few times ive used tellers ive found them quite quick and useful but honestly j dont use them much. Main cons that I can think of is that there are a few online outtages and the lack of atm coverage.

I have been a customer of the Commonwealth Bank for over 5o years. From my own personal experience with the Commonwealth Bank personnel, whether it be at Branch level, or speaking with Customer Service over the ‘phone, has always exceeded my expectations.
To open a Smart Access Account, you must be at least 14 years old (18+ for joint accounts), have an Australian residential address, and open the account in your name.
