The app is very user friendly and convenient. Customer service is very helpful when dealing with issues.
Products offered generally good; security of online apps is good; response timing regarding potential fraudulent card purchases is good/quick and respective action taken also good. Maybe not so good on the lending piece as when the customer needs it the most generally banks won't lend.
I like the bank’s user-friendly app and reliable customer service. However, fees for international transactions could be lower. Great for everyday banking, but consider alternatives for travel.
No issues with them so far but I just have a debit card
I don't feel like my banking is secure, it's very scary.
the bank is convenient and even though sometimes you have to wait i find the CBA good
Commbank is the best they are always available to talk to and very helpful
Commbank is the most accessible bank I have been with. The App has a great interface and since, this is where I do most of my banking, I feel it helps to simplify my life. While there's nothing wrong with the customer service from Commbank, I don't feel as though it is anything extraordinary. I haven't been greeted particularly warmly when visiting my local branch so I don't have anything glowing to say about it. But I also haven't had any negative experiences.
CommBank is a solid group. I like their customer service and that they still have a branch open on Saturdays. They can be a little conservative with some of their packages but overall excellent.
I have always been fairly happy with the bank, the main problem for me is that my closest branch is too far away.
