That’s where the Mozo People’s Choice Awards come in. By asking thousands of everyday Aussie customers to rate their banking providers, insurers and electricity providers based on customer satisfaction, friendliness, trust and whether they’d recommend them to others, these awards can help you make the right call about your banking needs.
We surveyed genuine customers about a total of 141 different banking institutions, 48 car insurers, 53 home insurers and 32 electricity retailers to find Australia’s favourite service providers.

If you need a new bank account with a credit union that will treat you right, this one’s a no brainer.

Australia has spoken: Amex does credit cards right. While American Express has a suite of credit cards out there to suit different budgets and needs, the Velocity Platinum is one of our favourites.
