WorldFirst discontinues personal international money transfers

International money transfer provider WorldFirst has announced that they will be closing their personal money transfer services to focus on business and ecommerce transactions.

WorldFirst stopped accepting new Australian registrations for people who want to send money overseas. This change may seem unexpected but WorldFirst has already discontinued private transfers in France and Singapore as part of their global initiative to be a business FX service provider.

If you were using WorldFirst for personal international money transfers, you can still use the service until the end of August 2021. All existing clients have until 31 August 2021 to transfer any personal balances out of their account. 

All personal WorldFirst accounts will have read-only access to their accounts until 30 November 2021. After that any access to transfers history, statements and personal data will be discontinued.If you have any questions regarding your personal balance contact WorldFirst.
