How many Energy providers were considered for the Mozo People’s Choice Awards?
There were 42 energy providers that competed head to head for the 2024 awards. To find out who qualified see our methodology report.
How did you determine the winners for each Energy Award?
We surveyed 3,549 Australians in the Energy awards. In each category, all providers who received at least 30 responses were eligible. The judges then ranked broadband providers in order by average rating, and then determined an appropriate cut-off point to separate winners from the rest. How do I find the cheapest energy plans for me?
It’s important to understand that energy prices are dictated by both your energy retailer and the specific energy distributor in your area. So, you’ll still need to do some comparison of plans and options to find a policy that is right for you and then get quotes, so that you can compare the pricing.
