Stella's Pet Insurance Policy

Stella’s pet insurance policy is very flexible and it allows customers to pick and choose their annual benefit limit, annual excess options and benefit percentage options. Customers can also add a variety of optional extras to their policy such as dental cover.

This makes it easy for customers to customise their policies to their individual needs.

How do I make a claim with Stella pet insurance?

To make a claim with Stella, you can either have your vet initiate the claim on your behalf or you can complete and submit the online claim form that can be found by logging into your account. You will have to supply a copy of the invoice and your vet may be contacted for a copy of the clinical notes related to the case.

Can I cancel my Stella pet insurance?

Yes, you can cancel your Stella pet insurance at any time by notifying Stella. If you cancel your policy, you will be refunded the premium and policy fee paid for the policy less a pro-rata proportion of the fees to cover the period for which insurance applied. Any statutory or government charges, taxes or levies will not be refunded.

If you pay monthly instead of annually, the process may be slightly different. Refer to the PDS for the full terms and conditions.
