Rate and Review Competition Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is open to Australian residents only, commencing on 25 February 12:00am AEDT. Entries close on 20 June 2025 3:00pm AEST.
2. The promotional material, information on how to enter and prize details (including but not limited to the Terms of Use and Review Guidelines) form part of these rules. If inconsistencies arise between the promotional material, information on how to enter and prize details, these Competition Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
3. To be eligible to enter the competition, you must be 18 years of age or over and must be able to fully understand and must adhere to all terms and conditions applicable to this promotion ("Eligible Entrants").
4. To enter this competition, Eligible Entrants must be Mozo Community Members. By signing up on Mozo Community Member Page you become a Mozo Community Member and confirm that you have read and understood the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
5. Mozo reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with either the conditions of entry or our Terms of Use - Ratings and Reviews.
6. By entering this competition, and if your entry is valid, you agree that Mozo may publish your entry along with your first name and state or territory of residence on https://mozo.com.au/rate-and-review.
7. The prize winners will be judged at Mozo Pty Ltd Level 10, 89 York St, Sydney 2000 NSW, by 27 June 2025 11:59pm AEST.
8. This is a game of skill. Each entry will be individually judged and the best entry will be determined by the judges. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. By entering the competition, and if you are selected as a prize winner, you agree to your first name and state or territory of residence to be published on https://mozo.com.au/rate-and-review.
10. The main prize winner will receive a $1000 Prezzee eGift Card. Five runner up prize winners will each receive a $100 Prezzee eGift Card. Total value of giveaway: AU$1500. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
11. The prize winners will be notified by email within one week after the winner is selected. The prize winners must claim their prize by providing a response via email no later than 4 July 2025 11:59pm AEST. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure that they have provided a valid email address and have access to that email address to claim the prize once it is sent by the Promoter.
12. If a prize winner cannot take the prize as stipulated because the prize is unclaimed or through ineligibility or for other reasons by 26 September 2025 11:59pm AEST, then the prize winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right not to award the prize to any other entrant.
13. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be used in print and all electronic media. The promoter may use the entries for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. The promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this promotion is final.
14. The Promoter is Mozo Pty Ltd (ABN 68 128 199 208), Level 10, 89 York St, Sydney 2000 NSW.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
16. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this competition are governed by our Privacy Policy.
