Been long-term customers, had very helpful loan specialist advise, don't like no physical stores, they need to maintain prime online/phone access.
AS THERE IS NO IN-PERSON BRANCHES ANYMORE, THE INTEREST RATES SHOULD BE GOING UP AS THEY ARE NO LONGER PAYING FOR BRANCH STAFF EMPLOYMENT, AS A CUSTOMER THAT SAVING SHOULD BE SENT TO THE CUSTOMERS.
I like this product because it gives us good reward points which we convert into cash to be deposited in our bank. Recently we had a mix up when we were trying to book flights on line. Bankwest rang us while we were trying to sort it out. It was their Fraud department! They helped us unlock our card , explained what had happened and offered us advice regarding potential scams .We were thankful they are so vigilant!. The people we dealt with were very friendly, professional and helpful.
you want a bank that is a APRA disaster waiting to happen? then this is the bank for you, they purposely without pays from hitting account, insult customers, refuse to take complaints. this has to be the worst bank on the face of the planet, there 'customer service' is infuriatingly useless
