The only good thing for this mortgage provider is their interest rates.
Very poor customer service, and basic website.
I needed to change my direct debit details for a mortgage payment due the next day, and the customer care was not able to change bank details over the phone.
There was also no way to change these details online.
I would not recommend them to anyone. There are other institution that offer similar rates but without the hassle.
