Today Suncorp provides term deposits, savings accounts, home loans and other financial services to over 800,000 customers through 178 retail outlets, 680 ATMs, 46 Business Centres, online banking and 24-hour call centres. Suncorp's branches are spread mainly throughout Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales, but are expanding into other states.

Suncorp generally has better and more competitive home loan rates for home loan packages for either fixed or variable, which includes offset accounts. Due to our loyalty we have, upon request, received a further discount on our rate. Since interest rates have remained high however, Suncorp is not entertaining requests to reduce rate. Overall I have been content with Suncorp and haven’t needed to go elsewhere…. yet!!
Prompt service to resolve enquiries and app functions well. No debt consolidation loan options unfortunately.

I have been with Suncorp for many years and I have never had any issues with the bank or with my card. I have mine linked to qantas points that helps me and my family save points to be able to have a family holiday each year or save for a bigger international holiday in the future. The only con is the interest rate although I have never been charged any interest as I have it setup that payments are on time.
I love suncorp because there aren't any monthly fees on the savings accounts. There's also options to store money with high interest rates as well as hvaing multiplesub accounts. I changed from another bank as I was paying $6 a month for each account. Now I'm not only saving on monthly fees, I'm earning money by not touching my set aside savings.
