With the Homeloans360 Fixed loan, owner occupiers can snag fixed rates ranging from 1.99% (2.37% comparison rate*) for 1 year terms up to 2.29% (2.41% comparison rate*) for 3 year terms. The good news is unlike many other fixed rate offers, Homeloans360 won’t sting you with a high revert rate after your fixed term ends, as its revert rate for owner occupiers sits at a competitive 2.19%.

In addition, you won’t have to worry about paying any of the usual pesky fees (like application, legal, valuation, settlement or ongoing service fees), although there is a $300 discharge fee to account for when you exit the loan. 

Homeloan360 Fixed doesn’t hold back on the flexibility front either. Borrowers can choose to match their repayments to their pay cycle, whether that’s weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and they also have access to an offset account which they can take advantage of to pay less interest in the long run. Plus they can make free additional repayments up to $20,000 per year, and redraw at no extra cost ($1 minimum applies) should they need those extra funds for another big expense.
