Bank was honest and transparent and gave us the best rate they could at the time
good percentage rate for the introductory offer at 4.8% but only lasts for the first few months and is limited to 250K

They may lack in branches, but defence bank make that up in their knowledge, products and amazing customer service. I have been with defence bank since I was 13 and will never change. They are one of the best. Being able to call the local branch and get help instantly is amazing when your stressed about something on your account. When going into the branch, you feel like you are talking to a friend as the people that work there rarely change (which says alot about the kind of bank they are). Would recommend this bank over the large banks if you really want to feel looked after.
