OurMoneyMarket have been really wonderful to deal with so far. They were efficient with providing rates suitable to my needs, and they enabled me to easily consolidate my car loan for a reduced rate whilst I applied for a renovation loan. On top of this, they automatically aligned my payments with my paydays so that I didn't have to do this myself. Their downfall is in having an good platform for customers to monitor their loans and make additional repayments. The customer account will only allow one account to be linked to one email - so I can only view either my Car loan OR my Renovation loan; unless I have a separate email address and create another account. I have found the online account to also glitch when your trying to use it. A real pest, however, communication with their teams has been smooth and EASY. They are quick to respond via email and have virtually no wait time over the phone. So this makes accessing your accounts not so difficult anyway. I would recommend OurMoneyMarket if you're looking for a company who values communication with their customers.
