Only a few branches so very inconvenient and fees / processing times with bank @Post are excessive and slow in comparison to the big 4. Internet App doesn’t not update in real time so desktop log in is required. Account keeping fees are low which is a great feature.
The rate was good when I joined, I don’t know now, it could be. The app can be problematic but the customer service reps are helpful
No physical branch close by as they closed it. There was ongoing issues with the app however I do believe that has been fixed now.
