Great fast reliable internet banking app and Mobile banking have a good convenient number of locations of ATMs or partenterd ATMs that are able to deposit cash/cheques, cardless cash, withdraw cash from etc

Bank of Melbourne has the least user friendly banking app I have ever used. It is extremely difficult to complete even the most basic tasks.

Was great until recently they have charged us large fees and admitted it was a mistake but still waiting for a refund over 5 weeks later. Also money transfers to our account are also now taking a very long time.
