Winners announced in the 2023 Mozo Experts Choice Awards for Australia’s Best Banking

This year, ING won the Mozo experts choice category for Australia’s Best Bank, and it’s not hard to see why! Last year, ING won a leading Platinum
Cashback Credit Card, a Packaged Home Loan award, and two At Call Deposit awards. Considering the range of competitively valued products from home and personal loans, credit cards, and deposits, ING showed why it stands out as Australia’s Best Bank for 2023.
If you’re looking for a bank that cares about its customers, then you’ll be interested to hear about Qudos Bank. This year, it was once again recognised as the leading customer-owned bank having won two home loan awards and one award in term deposits last year.

Queenslanders working in the emergency services will be happy to learn that QBank won the award for Australia’s Best Specialist Customer Owned Bank. Last year, QBank won three awards for their home loans, two for their credit cards, one for their bank accounts, and one for their car loans.
Taking out 6 Mozo awards over the past 12 months, Easy Street is an online-only customer owned bank offering an array of competitive products ranging from home loans, savings accounts, credit cards, and personal loans. It’s for those reasons that Easy Street won the Award for Australia’s Best Small Customer Owned Bank.
Originally set up as a credit union for supporting police and their families, Police Credit Union have been offering excellent products across home loans, personal and car loans, competitive deposits and credit cards which has netted them a total of 6 awards. From here, it’s a no-brainer that they’d win the award for Australia’s Best Credit Union.

Well Commonwealth Bank won a number of awards previously for their exceptional products and, comparing them to the other major banks, was chosen as the winner for Australia’s Best Major Bank.
