After meticulously sifting through stacks and stacks of data in search of the cream of the credit card crop, our Mozo experts have revealed the winners of the 2019 Mozo Experts Choice Awards for Credit Cards.
The competition was fierce as always, but in the end, one winner stood out above the rest. Smashing out a whopping 10 awards across both consumer and business credit cards, making an appearance in almost every category was the king of credit cards, American Express.
“Another year, another exceptional performance from American Express in the Mozo Experts Choice Awards for Credit Cards,” said Mozo expert judge Peter Marshall.
But that’s not all! Proving that good things come in threes, the unstoppable American Express maintained an impressive three-year winning streak, being crowned Mozo Experts Choice Credit Card Provider of the Year for the third time in a row.
“After battling it out for the prestigious title of Credit Card Provider of the Year, American Express continues to reign supreme, winning the award three years straight. What an achievement!” said Marshall.
Here’s a rundown on American Express’ award-winning products from this year’s Mozo Experts Choice Awards for Credit Cards:
To pick the winners of this year’s Mozo Experts Choice Awards for Credit Cards, our Mozo experts pulled data from Mozo’s enormous product database to carefully analyse 208 personal and 35 business credit cards from 71 different Australian financial institutions.
Conducting their assessments using a different set of criteria for each individual award (which you can find in the methodology report), our Mozo expert judging panel chose the winners based on which credit card products offered the best value or market-leading features.
"Being a card specialist has allowed American Express to come up with really competitive options for just about everyone, and they have proved to be simply outstanding for delivering rewards value," Marshall said.
