Citi helps commuters beat Monday blues with $5 cashback

That’s right, as of today Citi customers who switch their Opal card for their Citi Visa credit card can officially combat those Monday blues with a sweet $5 cashback.

This nifty offer is valid every Monday from the 4th to the 25th November for all Citi Visa credit card holders who travel within the Opal network. All you have to do is remember to tap your Citi Visa credit card on and off your regular bus, train, ferry or light railway service and you could earn the cost of a coffee or sushi roll to perk up your Monday.

And for any night owls out there, just make sure your trip begins and ends on a Monday to be eligible. If you do make use of this enticing offer, you can expect to have the cashback credited to your account within 60 days of the offer end date, granted your account is open and in good standing.
