Loans.com.au trim up to 0.60% off select home loan rates
It’s been over a month since the RBA reduced the official cash rate to 1.00%, but the rate cuts keep coming.
Online lender loans.com.au recently slashed a host of fixed and variable rate home loan rates for owner occupiers and investors by up to 60 basis points. This follows the decision by loans.com.au to pass on the full July RBA cut to many of its variable rate loans last month.
Among the largest rate reductions, the Fixed Home Loan 3 year rate for owner occupiers making interest only repayments was slashed by 60 basis points to 3.54% (3.51% comparison rate*). Meanwhile, the Fixed Home Loan 3 year fixed term rate for investors was reduced by 55 basis points to 3.79% (3.83% comparison rate*).
